These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeonLED mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install the App on your personal mobile device and to use the App for your personal purpose. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the App.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or information from users of the App. The App does not access your contacts, location, or other sensitive data stored on your device.
You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. Modify, hack, or exploit the App. Distribute or transmit any viruses or other harmful code through the App. Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Spam or harass other users of the App.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice. We may also remove the App from the App Store at any time.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the App.
